EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is a structured approach for treating trauma and trauma-related symptoms by reprocessing trauma memory by bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements); allowing the brain naturally complete the process and move forward to heal.

About Me
I'm an experienced Turkish/English speaking clinical psychologist with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with children, adolescents, and young adults. It is essential for me to connect individuals from different backgrounds and build trusting relationships by developing trust and gaining commitment. I value and respect intercultural differences. In my practice, I focus on mental, emotional, and social well-being of my clients. I mostly work with anxiety, trauma, self-confidence, school adjustment, life-work balance, motivation, parenting, and relationship issues. I provide psycho-education workshops for children and families as well as individual support in order to assist them to reach their full potential within a therapeutic setting. Looking for new opportunities where I can put my experience and skills to work, contributing to better lives. In my free time, I love writing scripts and short stories, traveling, learning, and experiencing something new. I enjoy following up on current research and technology to keep my practice updated.
